Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirements
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and potentially accommodate another client in your place.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the scheduled service cost. Missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a minimum service charge to cover time, travel, and reserved slot losses.

Weather & Emergency Exceptions
We are based in South Florida, so we keep a close eye on weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather or other unexpected emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule at no cost.
